How can we help?

Something broken, something confusing, or something you wish existed — we take feedback seriously and read every email.

Write to us

One inbox for everything: bugs, questions, ideas, and account help. A real developer replies.

How do I invite my partner or helpers?

In the app, open Crew and share your six-character invite code. They download VowToDo (or open the web app), create an account, and choose “Join a space.”

Do my guests need the app to RSVP?

No. Share your RSVP link and guests reply in any browser — replies land on your dashboard automatically.

Is there an Android app?

It's on the way. Until then, Android users can use the full web app in their browser.

How do I delete my account?

In the mobile app: Me → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your data. Questions first? Email us.
